Your data stays in orbit.
This site collects only what you send us: a project brief, or an address for the waitlist. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers.
Run by ÆTHER Studio, Bucharest, Romania. · Last updated: 17 October 2026
What we collect
When you send a brief: your name, email, phone (optional) and message. When you join the waitlist: your email address and the date you joined. Nothing else is asked for or recorded by the site.
When you write to us
The brief is delivered to our inbox by Resend (our email provider) and used only to answer you and discuss the project. We keep the conversation for up to 12 months after it ends, unless it turns into a contract we must keep longer by law. Legal basis: steps before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), (f)). The same applies to anything you send to contact@geedmi.com or by phone.
The waitlist
By joining you agree to receive a few emails a year when we launch something new (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Your address is stored privately on Vercel Blob in Frankfurt (EU) and used for nothing else. It stays until you ask us to remove it, or until we stop the dispatch, whichever comes first. Reply to any of them to be taken off the list.
On your device
Nothing. The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to local or session storage. The language switch lives only in the open page.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, browser, time, page) to deliver and protect the site. Transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Links out
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and X take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. Nothing from them is embedded here.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or erase your data, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time: write to contact@geedmi.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
